General conditions Orders & supplies:
- Orders are only shipped after payment in advance.
- Supply takes place as long as products are in stock.
- We try to send orders within 24 hours. Not during the weekends and on monday's.
- If the order is temporarily not available, they will be delivered as soon as possible.
- the order can be shipped only by providing a correct e-mail address.
- The shipping time given up is only indicative. Exceed of the shipping time gives no right to cancel your order unless it is more than 30 days.
Returns:
- Fabrics cannot be returned.
- Books cannot be returned.
- CD's cannot be returned.
- If the product is defective or has been wrongly delivered, please contact us within 3 days.
- Colors of products on your screen can differ from the real colors and products cannot be returned for that reason.
Force majeure:
RSD Fabrics shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, such as third party shipping companies.
Prices & costs:
- Prices mentioned on the web site are in euro's including VAT.
- shipping costs are not included.
- The fabrics can be ordered from 0.25 m..
- In our shop in the Langestraat 29 at Huissen, you can order otherlengths.
- We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times.
However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. We do reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.
